Evonne Ryan, AIF®, CFC-R®, Mediator
Registered Securities Principal*, Accredited Investment Fiduciary, Certified Financial Coach, Mediator
Evonne has worked on pocketbook issues for over three decades. She is a Registered Securities Principal with Series 24 (General Securities Principal), 7 (General Securities Representative), 63 (Uniform SecuritiesAgentState Law Exam), 65 (Uniform Investment Adviser Law Exam), and health and life insurance licenses. Her past training in Estate Planning and in the area of Senior issues adds to her training in Coaching, Mediation and Conflict Management. Her dedication to learning each field helps Evonne work with people in their relationship with money- one of the most stressful issues people face. As an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, she is keenly aware of the necessity to protect the public interest.
Building on her background as a teacher, lobbyist, speaker, Emmy award winning television producer, and financial radio commentator, Evonne Ryan has dedicated her professional life to education and serving others. She spent from 2003 - 2009 creating tools and a certification (the Certified Financial CoachTM) to empower individuals in their financial life. In the financial field she developed a system to guide coaches, advisors, and financial planners to work with clients to redesign their relationship to money and wealth. In her 18 years of service as a highly respected Financial Securities Advisor, Evonne always felt that something was missing from the typical financial conversations. She knew there should be more to the relationship between advisor and client than just helping a person decide how to invest his money or how to create her tax shelter. She knew that people – in order to make powerful choices about their money – should, first, come to understand their relationship to money and wealth and, second, have the tools to powerfully create the future they want to live into before they decide how to invest, how to save, and even how to earn their living.
In 2004, Evonne earned her coaching certification so she could integrate coaching into her Financial Conversations. She developed new models with powerful results - she knew that she had to bring an extraordinary set of tools to the world of financial advice.
In 2008, Evonne resigned as a Registered Securities Principal for NFP securities, giving up her licenses to concentrate on building tools and software programs to help consumers. Taking a year and a half off from work in the securities industry, she developed a new perspective on how to help clients from the heart of a coach. Evonne believes working with people with expertise in coaching and through her expertise in the financial field brings clients the best of both worlds. She is trained as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, Certified Estate PlannerTM, Certified Coach, and Mediation/Conflict Management Specialist. She has lived her life as a contribution to others throughout her career as a published author of “Changing More Than the Channel”, as an EMMY and ACE Award winning television producer and as co-founder of two financial planning firms dedicated to helping people in their life transitions.

VICKI MANNING, CFP®, CFC-I®
Vicki has spent 23 years in the financial services industry. Her strengths include a successful business development track record, the ability to help build cohesive teams and strong leadership skills.
Vicki was a branch manager with Fidelity Investments where she directed local marketing events including seminars and public relations campaigns. She helped her office double branch revenues over the years she was in charge.
She then worked in the institutional department of Charles Schwab & Co. providing client service to private money managers. It was in this position that Vicki realized she wanted to help people find financial success through financial planning. She passed the Certified Financial Planning certification exam in 2000.
While at Schwab, she managed both service and operations staff. She also helped clients manage their portfolios as part of the Help and Advice department. Most recently, Vicki has been working as an independent financial consultant, specializing in insurance and investments.
Vicki works with clients as a Certified Financial Planner® and is also part of the reseach and development team for Certified Financial Coach program. Her work with the Certified Financial Coach program is important to her because she feels that traditional financial planning focuses primarily on what a client has already saved (their assets) and not on ways to help clients understand emotional obstacles that get in the way to planning for thier financial future.
